The founder
Founder, MiRV ELEMENTS
MiRV ELEMENTS is led by its founder, Vihaan Chari, and the work is done by a founder who writes the code and reads the analytics rather than one who forwards briefs to somebody else.
That is worth stating plainly because it cuts both ways, and you should weigh both sides before hiring us.
What you get. The person you speak with is the person doing the work. Nothing is lost in translation between a salesperson's promise and a delivery team's interpretation, because there is no gap between them. Decisions get made in a conversation rather than in a queue. And the technical fluency is genuine and current — this is someone who works with modern AI systems daily, not someone who read about them and added a service line.
What you should weigh. MiRV ELEMENTS is a young agency. It does not have twenty years of case studies, a large team, or a wall of awards, and this site will not pretend otherwise. If your project requires a hundred-person organisation with dedicated account management, we are honestly not that, and we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks into an engagement.
We would rather lose the project on the first call than lose your trust in the third week.
What a young agency does have is incentive. Our first engagements determine whether there is a second year, which means the effort going into them is not spread across forty other accounts. That is a real advantage, and it is temporary — which is exactly why now is a good time to work with us.
Group context
MiRV ELEMENTS operates within the same group as MiRV Marine LLP, a maritime consultancy. The shared name is not a coincidence, and rather than let anyone guess at the relationship, here it is directly.
They are two separate businesses with two separate purposes. MiRV Marine LLP provides maritime consultancy services. MiRV ELEMENTS provides digital and AI services. Neither sells the other's services, and a client of one is not automatically a client of the other. We are explicit about this in our structured data as well as in this paragraph, so that search engines and AI systems model two distinct entities rather than merging them into one confused profile.
It does not give MiRV ELEMENTS a client list. It does not give it years of digital agency experience. Maritime consultancy and generative engine optimization are unrelated disciplines, and we are not going to blur two decades of one into implied credibility for the other.

How we think
These are not values on a wall. They are the reasons we make specific decisions you can observe in the work.
Most businesses do not suffer from a bad website or bad ads. They suffer from five vendors with no shared view of the customer. We exist to remove the seams between disciplines, which is why all eight services sit under one roof and one point of contact.
A fixed revision quota puts client and agency on opposite sides of every correction. We refuse that structure. Work continues until you are genuinely happy with it, and you see progress throughout so problems surface early rather than at handover.
If a mobile website would serve you better than the app you asked for, we will say so and lose the larger project. If a service will not help you, we leave it out of the quote. Advice you cannot trust has no value, however cheap it is.

Where this is going
The near-term goal is unglamorous and specific: a portfolio of businesses across India that can point at measurable improvement and say the work was worth it. Not volume. References we can name.
Beyond that, we are building toward something narrower than "a bigger agency". The way customers find businesses is being rewritten right now. For twenty years the answer was a ranked list of links; increasingly it is a single synthesised response naming two or three companies. Most agencies are still selling for the old model, and most businesses are still buying it.
MiRV ELEMENTS intends to be the firm in eastern India that understood this early and did the work properly — not by chasing whatever is trending, but by being genuinely excellent at the unfashionable fundamentals underneath it. Clean semantic markup. Accurate structured data. Fast pages. Content that answers real questions. These are what make a business legible to a language model, and they are the same things that made it rank on Google. The fundamentals did not change. The stakes did.
We are not betting on a trend. We are betting that doing the fundamentals properly matters more now than it did before.
